Yggdrasil Industries Bath and Body Products Return Policy

At Yggdrasil Industries, we strive to provide high-quality bath and body products that meet your needs and expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

  3. Receipt: Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation email as it will be necessary to process your return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at p.freeland@yggdrasil-industries.com. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not return products without an RA number, as they will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping: Once you receive the RA number, securely pack the product and include the RA number inside the package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
